BUILDING ENGINEER

o Maintain 83,000 sq. ft office space and 1,600 sq ft. satellite ATM location space.

o Monitor and operate (2) Trane 150 Ton Air Cool Units.

o Have technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment; AHU, belts,

sheaves, motors, inlet guide vanes, VAV boxes, dampers, actuators, thermostats, and P/E switches.

o Proficient with Building Automation Systems (METASYS) and with Angus Anywhere work order

system, email and spreadsheets.

o Able to work with minimal supervision to complete duties.

o Troubleshoot operational failures and re-establish building services under minimal supervision

o Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc) and customer

concerns.

o Familiar with the use of hand and power tools common to the skills of a building engineer

o Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of all building systems.
