GENERAL OVERVIEW of CAPABILITIES/ SKILLS
Corporate Development (Design & Const. Mgmt.): Effective in directing and managing the corporate design and
construction management process (for tenant build-outs, remodels, FF&E installations and free-standing units) for multiple
