GENERAL OVERVIEW of CAPABILITIES/ SKILLS

Corporate Development (Design & Const. Mgmt.): Effective in directing and managing the corporate design and

construction management process (for tenant build-outs, remodels, FF&E installations and free-standing units) for multiple

retail and restaurant projects, on a national level. Collaborated with real estate and legal teams on lease exhibits and facility/

site issues. Performed building surveys due diligence and entitlement work. Managed the design process (architectural, MEP

and interior design). Coordinated bidding, and selection of contractors and vendors. Performed cost estimating and value

monitored site activity, enforcing quality assurance and specification compliance. Responsible for project budget,

administration and field personnel. Interfaced with owners, architects, designers, contractors, inspection officials etc.

Construction Estimating: Experienced at unit cost and conceptual estimating in all divisions from plans and specs.

Qualified quotes and assembled bid presentations. Developed computer estimating programs and bidding procedures.

Design: Proficient in light architectural drafting (some Cad experience), rendering and freehand illustration. Produced

schematic layouts, design development and construction drawings and coordinated same with architects and designers.
