Directed strategic sourcing projects to qualify key production components and OEM Products in China.
Strategically located and approved China sources for aluminum die-castings, metal stampings and

Spearheaded projects to qualify key Maquiladora suppliers to support a Mexicali factory.
Strategically sourced and approved metal fabricators in Tijuana and Mexicali which reduced part costs
by 20% and lowered transportation costs by 15%.
