July2010 - Currently Retained as a Contractor providing Strategic Human
Resources Consultant services to EADS North America, Leading Defense
Contractor. I was hired by EADS North America to Lead the Process
Improvement Teams working on the Performance Management Process, and Talent
Management Program. Recently worked with CFO and the new Director of
Business Development to develop, identify/recruit the talent and implement
the Business Development Organization for the company. Developed,
communicated, trained management and implemented the company's focal
performance review and merit process for 2010. Lead technical recruiting
efforts for to support new client staffing needs.
December 2008 - July 2010 Gulf Coast Community Services Association,
Director Human Resources, and 454 employees' non-profit organization
providing community services
* Worked with finance to develop the budget for Human Resources Department
and re-build the Human Resources department (hired HR Staff.)
* Reorganized the companies benefit program, improved benefit, and
maintained cost by worker with brokers and vendors.
* Developed and implemented an on-boarding process that included job
description review/update, develop a recruiting and orientation process
to improve employee selection, retention and established measures for

by over $100,000 and improved healthcare coverage for employees and
contained cost (no increase to company for health care in first year.)
* Develop RFP to implement a cost effective integrated Payroll/HR
solution for the company and selected ADP. Increased reporting
capability and reduced cost.

Responsible for the Human Resource function for the Texas Division,
which includes Payroll, Training & Development, Compensation &
Benefits, Field Human Resources, Division Human Resource Compliance
and supporting 112 stores and 2 distribution centers.
Developed and implemented a union avoidance strategy for the
distribution centers in the Texas Division and Store Operations.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to six (6) direct reports
and thirty-eight (38) indirect reports.
* Selected by Corporate to pilot the new on-line application KIOSK
system for the Company. Developed data base for posting positions,
tracking and measuring time to fill critical position.
* Worked with corporate to develop a new competitive pay structure for
the Distribution Centers in order to retain drivers and order

identifying new store manager candidates in the Texas Division.
