Result oriented manager who superbly plans, coordinates, directs and administers technical and analytical services to six
squadrons located throughout the world containing seven C-26, 12 P-3 aircraft and 12 RQ-7 Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
Coordinated the administration of contract maintenance and $8 million in modification for the C-26. Managed the $500,000

C-130T Maintenance Supervisor July 2003- July 2007

Managed the productions efforts of 128 personnel performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on four C-130T aircraft.
Management and leadership skills lead receiving Navy/Marine Corp achievement Medal for management of over 9,000
maintenance actions and the squadron executing over 3500 flight hours while achieving the lowest cost per flight hour throughout
the Naval Air Reserve Force. Implemented maintenance practices and procedures that resulted in the maintenance department
being named Outstanding C-130T Maintenance Department. Selected as squadron 2006 Sailor of the Year for expertly managing

C-130T Quality Assurance Representative July 1999- June 2003

Driving force behind the Quality Assurance Department managing the quality of maintenance performed by 13 work centers
consisting of 130 personnel. Selected as Lead Avionics Quality Assurance Inspector resulted in a 35% reduction in avionics
discrepancies and a 23% increase in mission capable aircraft. Personally responsible for the $1.2 million savings of squadron
maintenance funds by accurately troubleshooting the C-130T propeller valve housing, engine fuel control and radar systems.
