At Antelope Valley Hospital I directed a team of six employees that

consulted with clients to determine specific training and development

requirements and then to provide appropriate solutions. We also executed

organizational strategies and interventions that drove key business results

and improved employee competence, commitment, and retention. In addition,

we partnered with other hospital departments to provide programs that

ensured regulatory compliance and promoted patient / client care, safety,

and satisfaction.

As Program Management Director of Organizational Strategies for WellPoint

NextRx, I was responsible for providing leadership for management programs

that were multi-year, multi-function, and across multiple states

interfacing closely with executive level staff.
