WORK EXPERIENCE

NEW BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (FEB 2010-JAN 2011)

Intern

• Traveled with work team to various conventions including Orlando and Las Vegas to

solicit potential customers and close sales. Helped in setting up and breaking down

entire booth. Would only be briefed for an hour before convention about which

website package we would be focused on. Generate and organize leads. Set up

meetings with potential clients at convention to discuss pricing and website design.

In between convention I followed up with clients, marketed for the company, and

researched which convention would be profitable to attend next.

FRIENDLY CONFINES (MAY 2009-JAN 2010)

• Develop and maintain interpersonal relationship with guests. Work accurately in a

fast paced environment. Ability to multitask. Could serve large parties while waiting

on other tables and making sure to-go orders were ready. Complete opening and

closing operations without supervision.

• Greet Customers & inform them about specials. Make sure they adhere to the dress

code. Work cash register for entry. Promote to notify customers about upcoming

events.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE AND OTHER ACTIVITIES

• Zeta Tau Alpha-Planned and organized events. Personal enhancement and team

building though Philanthropy activities such as Susan G Komen 5k.

• Cornerstone- Raised over $1500 in 16 weeks to go towards BASE Camp activities

and help for children with cancer at Arnold Palmer Hospital. Put on a successful

dinner and movie night for children at the hospital with everything donated.
