Took ownership of and managed a customized OEM and Industrial Division
catalog product line life cycle by assisting Sales Managers in the research
and development of new markets and product opportunities, reviewing and
analyzing existing products from a Manufacturing, Quality, Technological,
Sales, and Financial standpoint, conducting cost savings studies,
developing test prototypes during initial product development, and ensure
successful first production runs of new product to market introduction.

Manufacturing Processes of their Defense Systems Electronic Group,
Lewisville, Texas, developed early detection statistical sampling methods
for surveillance of work in-process, resulting in a 73% reduction of the
program's in-process inspection, and the materials' rejection rate. In
conjunction, formed and directed a cross-functional Corrective Action Team
tasked with analyzing and providing recommendations for the improvement of
all production and completed goods processes, resulting in an 87% reduction
of program quality related defects and/or improvement of final product
acceptance.
