Responsible for all Treasury functions, including cash investment, cash

forecasting, interest rate hedging strategies, credit line management and

. Led financial due diligence including tax, risk, treasury, national

overhead and executive compensation programs pertaining to the CBRE

purchase of TCC. Helped negotiate go forward deal for the Trammell Crow

Company real estate development division.

. Spearheaded the restructuring of the Trammell Crow international

subsidiaries resulting in a more tax efficient and streamlined

organization, reducing accounting and administrative costs and allowing

for movement of cash between countries without paying US tax.

. Reduced state income taxes by approximately $2mm by restructuring the

organization's domestic entities.

. Reduced state income tax costs by over $1mm by revising the corporate

overhead allocations.

Tax Director / Principal, 1997 - 2001

Responsible for tax, corporate headquarters overhead accounting and

executive compensation.

Accomplishments include:

. Coordinated review of all company expenses and oversaw company cost

savings program. Resulted in annual run-rate savings of $40mm.

. Helped consolidate and centralize the accounting function, resulting in

$2mm of annual savings and shortening the close process by 3 days.

. Tax due diligence and integration of several large corporate

acquisitions.

Tax Director, 1992 - 1997

Responsible for all tax related matters for the company. Oversaw

transition from partnership structure to consolidated corporate structure.

Helped convert the corporate accounting function from tax basis accounting

to GAAP accounting. Developed and oversaw profit sharing plan for all

principal level employees and above. Performed all of the financial

modeling related to the 1997 IPO of Trammell Crow Company and assisted in

the negotiations with the founding shareholders.

Tax Manager, 1989 - 1991

Responsible for approximately 800 partnership and 75 individual tax

returns. Managed a group of 4-6 tax professionals. Worked on numerous

real estate workouts, large multi-property refinance arrangements and roll-

up of individual ownership interests of insolvent partners. Implemented

the new Section 704(b) regulations into the partnership agreements.

Primarily worked on partnership restructuring to facilitate separation of

Hamilton Partners and Spieker Partners from Trammell Crow Company.
