with the inventory management of dealerships. The ruggedized tablet is being designed for the extreme

operating environments for the target audience. The Android inventory management and booking application is

• Responsible for the design and implementation of the Interactive initiatives for the new Freedom Interactive

division. These include a comprehensive list of action items to realize substantial revenue gains, including

centralized ad serving technology from 24/7 Realmedia OAS, Omniture web analytics, Google search and paid

search. Responsible for the centralization of all 240 Freedom websites to a centralized content management

system to consolidate support and maximize revenue. Integrating Monster.com into all 80 primary sites as our

jobs provider. Integrating Brightcove video platform and Zvents calendaring suite into all sites.

• Full responsibility for the analysis and implementation of the traffic sales and inventory management system for

the Broadcast division. Researched viable technologies and vendors in this space. Assembled a steering

committee from key representatives of the eight television station. Performed thorough vendor analysis and

system testing. Selected VCI as the vendor and implemented a centralized system with Citrix integration. First

year savings exceeded $250,000 with an additional estimated sales revenue increase projected to be between

$500K - $1 million.

broker/dealer community. Extranet site provides comprehensive applications and services to assist the reps in

managing their book of business. Provide guidance and management support to the development staff to ensure

that products are thoroughly tested and delivered within given timeframes.

• Designed and managed the development and deployment of an online marketing order center for external reps to

request forms, marketing materials and sales ideas. Leading the deployment of streaming media servers to

enhance the communication of the Marketing and Sales departments reach to external broker dealer

representatives via the companies B2B websites.

• Responsible for the evaluation and implementation of Blackberry wireless technology to serve the needs within

the company. Assisting the Sales Force Automation and Data Warehouse systems to publish to wireless devices

The Walt Disney Company – New Technology & New Media, Burbank, CA 3/94 to 12/99

Developed the strategic vision for the implementation of media asset management technology for the Walt Disney

The Walt Disney Company – Corporate Alliance/McDonald’s, Burbank, CA. 1/97 to 8/98

Project Manager for the development of a multi-million dollar private B2B media asset management system co-

developed with the McDonald’s Corporation. This web-based system provides Disney source artwork to McDonald’s

and their ad agencies to help develop a promotional campaign to a Disney property. Campaign artwork is posted by the

McDonald’s ad agencies for electronic online approval by the Disney marketing groups. The system utilizes a custom

Bulldog media asset system, an Oracle 8 database integrated LDAP running in a Sun/UNIX environment.

• Worked with the Disney marketing groups along with a McDonald’s project team and ad agencies to define end-

user requirements for improving workflow and communications between the two companies.

• Planned the media asset system architecture with the selected vendors and Disney IS and developed a working

prototype. Designed the user interface and system functionality. Managed internal and contracted resources for

the development of this system.

• Designed a networked, JAVA-based master promotional calendar system to track the rollouts of the 500 various

Disney/McDonald’s promotions in over 114 countries each year.

• Responsible for defining and maintaining the project plans and budgets for this multi-vendor global project.

• Nurtured several Disney subsidiary companies to agree on a joint vision of the development of media asset

technologies within the company.
