Managed the global remanufacturing and repair operations to drive performance/capability improvements and LEAN initiatives.

Developed site-specific projects to improve remanufacturing metrics (quality, TAT, customer experience). Provided support to all

remanufacturing sites for last time buy activities, part procurement, monthly reporting, and documentation control.

• Developed and implemented a new production system at all remanufacturing sites worldwide to drive quality, delivery, and

Successfully completed a 6 month assignment in Germany, leading the project to support the customer’s $50M inventory

reduction effort. Coordinated the start-up of the Rockwell Automation effort in support of the customer’s project, developing the

strategy, KPI’s, and timeline for implementation. Interviewed, hired and trained the local, permanent project manager.

Operations Manager 2002 to June, 2008

Managed all aspects of operations and delivery of the “RAAMP” product offering including customer pre-sale meetings, contract

development and approval, financial/budgetary responsibility, personnel hiring and training, new account start-up, and overall

program quality. Direct responsibility for;

• Hiring - Rationalization, justification, and approval of new Asset Management Professional (AMP) requisitions.

Reviewed and prioritized open reqs. with HR and Sourcing. Conducted interviews and extended offers.

• Training - Curriculum development. Facilitated level 1 and level 2 training classes. Coordinated training dates,

presenters, and attendees. Coordinated and scheduled new AMP hires for training at existing RAAMP accounts. Developed

& identified “next level” training opportunities for AMPs.

• RAAMP Implementation - Coordinated with District Delivery Leaders on new account closures and follow-up to

ensure contracts are signed and rec’d. Developed pre-launch paks and Sequence of Events. Drove launch meetings at

customer location. Coordinated launch activities to achieve targeted launch date. Scheduled launch AMP. Purchase and

coordination of capital & non-capital equipment to support RAAMP.

• Quality Control - Developed, maintained, and distributed RAAMP Operations Manual. Developed and coordinated

quality audits and customer satisfaction surveys.

Industrialization Manager 1998 to 2002

Direct responsibility for a staff of 8 engineers and technicians responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting

manufacturing plans for industrial programmable controller product lines. Developed AOP and managed annual expense and

capital budgets which ranged from $3 - $6M.

• Managed a production facility responsible for the final assembly, test, and shipment of three programmable controller

product lines with annual sales exceeding $20M.

• Responsible for employee performance management and career development.

• Packaged Controller Business Team member – established annual operating plans, program plans and business strategy for

the $50M Packaged Controller business segment.

• Identified and implemented cost reduction opportunities in excess of $100K for 4 consecutive years.

Project Manager 1992 to 1998
