responsibility over 90 to 120 employees .
Helped to raise the store ranking from 778 out of 1058 in 2009 to
350 in 2010 and currently at 355. Deliver high quality results, 6 out of
8 areas of my responsibility have increased in sales 2010 compared to 2009,
ranging from a 2.2% increase to a 15.6%. (These numbers reflect the
overall 7% sales increase).
Monitor and maintain customer service standards with an increase in
6.5% to last year, company credit goals with a 17% increase to plan
and 4% increase to 2010, and manage sales and operating profit with an
increase of 3% to 2010.
Promoted and trained 7 employees into supervisor roles and helped

results to find that associate interest in contests and games helps improve
store credit goals more than sale hours so they continue to have
monthly contests and awards to reach results.
