Collection of monthly union dues from all members. Input non-
sufficient fund to computer system. Send out daily reminder letters of
outstanding dues balance and suspension notices to all members that have
delinquent status on dues owed. Withdraw and transfer cards. Run daily
reports with daily transactions & balance monies before processing bank
deposits.
Assist over 15 sales representatives in insurance office. Arrange weekly
personnel meetings. Scheduled business trips for all appropriate staff.
Collected and gather information for pamphlets to be distributed to all
staff in various school districts.
Responsible for receiving requests and projects for the Coordinated Care
Department. Attend meetings and prepare and send a wide variety of
documents and reports to different departments. Assured that all patients
received information before being discharged. Make sure that all hospital
departments had the proper pamphlets with necessary information for all
patients. Responsible for the appropriate file of x-ray films assist
doctors with various clerical tasks. Overall clerical support for the
Coordinated Care and various hospital departments.
