WORK EXPERIENCE:
02-Feb 200*-**-****. PDS Technical Services Inc. and Boeing, Saint Louis,
MO. Sr. Logistics Analyst and Provisioning Specialist, Assisted in reviewing
technical contract requirements for F15 Korean and Singapore aircraft
programs. Prepared and reviewed, analyzed, processed and managed
provisioning technical documentation (PTD), engineering drawings and data,
engineering change proposals, design change notices and supply catalogs and
Special Tools Lists (RPSTL), to support of the F15 Korean and Singapore
aircraft programs IAW MIL-STD-1388, MIL-STD-1552 and MIL-PRF-49506, MIL-HDBK-
502, utilizing the SLICwave data base system. Prepared Provisioning Parts
Lists (PPL), Provisioning Contract Control Numbers (PCCN), Provisioning
Control Codes (PCC), and Provisioning Lists Item Sequence Numbers (PCCN), to
ensure all data was compatible with Boeing and government policies, plans and
procedures and integrated with the Provisioning Master Data Records (PMR)
using the SLICwave data system. Prepared supplemental data for provisioning
SDFP, and coordinated pre-screening of parts with the Federal Logistics
Information System (FLIS).
07- 2008-02- 2009. CAS-ITT, Huntsville, AL. Sr. Logistics Analyst,
responsible for researching, collecting, reviewing, analyzing DOD, DA, AMC,
Department of the Air Force, USAMC, regulations, FAR Part 45, DOD 5000
Defense Acquisition Directive, maintenance concepts, policies and procedures
and commercial supply chain best practices to identify the processes to
modify to enable less maintenance cycles and that may require more frequent
maintenance events to occur and prepares the Performance Based Logistics,
PBL, Business Case Analysis, BCA, for the Joint US Air Force and US Army C27J
Cargo Aircraft program. Interacted with DA, AMC, AMCOM, USAF, USMC, DOD,
Civilian and Commercial activities to review logistics and supply chain best
practices. Created, extracted, added and edited government and civilian
reports to generate statistical and acquisition data in the processing and
completion of requisitions for equipment.

Provisioning Specialist. Sr. Logistics Analyst and Provisioning Specialist,
Prepared and reviewed provisioning technical documentation (PTD), engineering
drawings, engineering change proposals, design change notices and supply
catalogs and Special Tools Lists (RPSTL), IAW MIL-STD-1388, MIL-STD-1552 and
MIL-PRF-49506, utilizing the Powerlog system.
08- 2006-02- 2008. Butler International. Sr. Logistics Management Analyst
assigned to the Repair of Repairable, ROR Group, Repair and Return team
Boeing, Saint Louis, MO. Reviewed Boeing contractual requirements to ensure
acquisition logistical product support research and analysis to ensure the
best method to acquire spare and repair parts for the E3, E6B, B52 and F15
aircraft repair programs that included a wide range of Integrated Logistics
Support, ILS tasks with emphasis of aircraft AOG on ground repairs. Daily
supported the delivery of contractual data requirements lists, CDRLS, repair
parts and hardware to the customers. Coordinated and communicated daily with
Boeing contracts and pricing to review and reconcile Job Order Numbers, JONOS
funding obligations with Boeings Networks Procurement Systems, and
engineering, product support functions, warehousing, shipping, USAF Tinker
AFB, and USN’s Patuxent River Naval Air Station, L3-Vertex, Sabreliner,
suppliers, OEMs, and transportation to ensure parts were on order, shipped to
repair shops, units repaired and returned to customers. Processed parts
requests utilizing Boeing’s COPPR Gold system, Networks Procurement System,
NWP, MS2, HAYSTACK, BEST, CCS and TAVII systems. Tracked repair parts orders
availability, backorders, awaiting parts, AWP, investigated, supported and
corrected rejects and root causes for delays for non-availability of repair
parts and supported policies and procedures to reduce turnaround times, TAT.
Managed repairs data bases and provided support to Boeing and customers to
prepare proposal preparations. Assisted in reviewing field support
requirements, tool and test equipment calibration requirements. Coordinated
with ROR customers in determining the final disposition of excess and beyond
economical to repair parts. Processed and closed DD250’s in MS2 for completed
repair parts and attended weekly and monthly meetings with management and
DCMA to maintain current on repair parts and equipment status.
09- 2003-Aug 08-2006. VT AEPCO, Advanced Engineering and Planning
Company, Inc. US Army Aviation Missile Command, Huntsville, AL. Sr.
Logistics Analyst and Provisioning Specialist, Aviation PM, RESET
Office. Provided detailed, specialized logistical, purchasing and
maintenance support to the AMCOM Aviation RESET PM Office for the AH-64
APACHE and UH-60 BLACKHAWK aircraft that was returned for repairs from
Iraq and Afghanistan. Assisted in the aircraft induction process and
coordinated with the RESET team, DLA, AMCOM IMMC, CECOM, TACOM and
customers, suppliers, repair sites and transportation to ensure parts
were assigned NSN’s, type classified, on order, available, repaired and
returned to the customer within budget and IAW contractual terms,
agreements and turn-around-times, TAT. Processed and performed follow-
ups and tracked parts orders utilizing the CAC Card System, CCSS, Parts
Tracker, WEBDESK, WEBFLIS, VLIPS, WEBCATS, SOMARDS, ILAP, DPAS, GTN,
process FEDLOG, AMDF,EMALL, MEARS, DLIS, TAV, NSNMDR, PMR and DCF files.

Specialist responsible for reviewing, analyzing and interpreting the Request
for Proposal, RFP, Statement of Work, SOW, Contract Data Requirements Lists,
CDRLS, and Logistics Management Information, LMI to determine the RFP
requirements for the Department of Defense, DOD and US Army’s Light Armored
Vehicle, LAV track vehicle RFP.
09- 1996-05- 2000. Logistics Engineering and Environmental Support Services,
Inc. LESCO, Huntsville, AL. Logistics Analyst. Served as lead of eight
contractor employees assigned to the US Army Logistics Support Activity,
LOGSA, Redstone Arsenal, AL. Organizing and managed employees in reviewing
the US Army CCSS Federal Cataloging System and performing file maintenance on
the D043 Interchangeability and Substitutability, I&S on National Stock
Numbered (NSN) items to ensure supply data was correctly identified and to
delete the NSNs on items that showed no usage in a twelve month period.

Property Book Officer, PBO, for the Logistics Data Management Center, LDMC.
Established policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure inventory
management and PBO processes were in force and maintained IAW AR 700-142,AR
700-142, DA Pam 703, SB700-20, AR 710-1, 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, and AR 735-5
and ensured property was authorized by the MTOE,TDA and CTA for all MICOM
LDMC computer hardware and office furnishings. Received, processed and
maintained request for issue. Verified LMI type classifications and materiel
release, and logistics control codes were properly assigned. Performed
monthly, annual and special inventory’s using manual counting and handheld
barcode scanners. Processed and reviewed hand receipts to ensure hand receipt
holders were valid and current. Processed and controlled equipment
maintenance agreements, reports of surveys, loss and damaged reports

Logistics Analyst. Supervised and managed three employees in receiving,
reviewing, processing and maintaining the daily and monthly, Not Maintenance
Capable Supply, NMCS and Not Operational Ready Supply, NORS, reports unit to
track current parts requests and parts available for release, trends analysis
and prepared depot workload forecasts and readiness reports for TROSCOM and
AMC review. Received, reviewed, processed and maintained all authorization
documents, MTOES, PTOES, CTAS, TDAS, and BOIPFDS on TROSCOM items of
equipment to ensure TROSCOM’s manpower, safety and human factors and
equipment was validated, correctly type classified and to ensure LIN numbers
were correct and the validation of the Army Authorization Document System,
TAADS, IAW AR700-142, DA PAM 700-142, DA PAM 70-3, SB700-20, and DOD5000
Series, regulations, policies, and procedures. Duties were performed to
support the Desert Strom/Shield conflict on rotated 24/7 shifts. Received,
reviewed, processed, maintained and reported priority equipment requests for
Desert Storm, protective clothing, air delivery equipment, bridges, shelters,
water purification equipment, portable electric generators and rail
containers. Coordinated with TROSCOM Readiness, AMC MACOMS, Transportation

developing and managing engineering technical data packages, engineering

analysis, MTA, maintenance allocation charts, MAC, Level of repair analysis,

of equipment. Worked with item managers and fielding managers to ensure that

Priority Control Operations Center as a logistics analyst. Responsible for
providing staff duty services to MDC and military operations coordinating
logistics support for fielded units. Interacted with MDC management and
military active duty personnel around the world on requests for logistics
assistance for aircraft parts and equipment orders on a 24/7 schedule.
Received, reviewed, and determined priorities and routed requests for support
and action to the correct MDC office and parts manager for processing.
Maintained priority parts requisitions received from the USAF, US Army, US
Navy and US Marines, worldwide for the F4, F15, F18, AV8B, AH-64,and CH-47
aircraft. Developed requirements for equipment and provisioning
documentation. Received parts orders via telephone and teletype security
coded controlled messages. Decoded messages, coordinated with MDC warehouse
and shipping to ensure availability and shipment of parts. Prepared daily
parts fill rate reports for the Directors review. Senior Aircraft parts
