APPLIED EXPERIENCE
Applied Hydrology: Developed and analyzed single basin and multiple basin watershed models utilizing WMS.
Senior Capstone Project: Cooperating with a team of engineering students, performed and completed a variety
of calculations, tasks, and group activities to design a medical office building including the steel structure,
foundation, site layout, pavement, transportation, and drainage.
Open Channel Flow Project: Using HEC-RAS, set up and ran two separate models of a local stream to analyze
the effects of adding bridges along individual reaches of the stream.
Graduate Capstone Project: Collaborating with a partner as part of a larger team, calculated pre-development
and post-development runoff and sized sanitary sewer pipes for new construction in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Green Engineering and Sustainable Design: As part of a team, determined and located best management
practices to reduce runoff on a section of land the University of Louisville will soon be developing.
