barcode challenges and leak test.

efforts, cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
o Observes line operations to identify and attempts to solve malfunctions,
staffing, and safety issues, and report problems and line discrepancies to
manager
o Documents, analyzes, and reports OEE downtime data together OEE resource
in the PPU
o Work with OEE Engineer, IE and team members to implement OEE improvements
o Assures proper line set-up for correct packaging componentry, as well as
appropriate documentation on PID's/BOM's
o Assures packaging line/clearance procedures are performed correctly and
in accordance with PPGs, GMP's, and safety standards in a timely manner
for product and line changes, including the completion of ECR steps,
simple changeover and line set-up.
o Assists in the training of new employees
o Maintains training on all equipment used in all aspects of the
operation; PPG's, safety, batch record & documentation
requirements.
