HR leadership team member and HR head for TV engineering and manufacturing;

designed, approved and implemented in 5 days.
. Developed and implemented "Business Conduct", a new program created as
a member of a joint taskforce, which resulted in a 60% decrease in non-
exempt absenteeism within the first year. Received award for Team
Excellence.
. Streamlined entire recruitment process to an unprecedented 4 week fill-
rate and reduced the number of weekly openings by 86%. Operating costs
were significantly lowered by the reduced need for temporary staff.
. Led facility in the conversion from a manual time-keeping system to
KRONOS. Oversaw the transfer of payroll to the business units, saving
45 hours of HR work per week which allowed HR to focus on program
design and deliverables.
. Conducted and delivered, to over 400 managers and employees, essential
