Professional Summary
As a Senior Personal Banker, Officer and AVP, I have worked for Bank of
America for a little over 14 years. I have a degree in Business
Management, Banking and Finance. Altogether, there are more than 30 yrs
experience in the Banking, Finance and Investment Industry. My job entails
being a financial liason for my customers by establishing, developing,
retaining and deepening long-term relationships while providing world class
customer service. For 13 of my 14 years with Bank of America, much of the
concentration on deepening relationships included assistance with
prequalifying and pre approving for conventional mortgage purchases and
refinancing. I developed expertise and loved the whole process, knew
necessary credit qualifications, debt to income, loan to value ratios, and
actually closed the mortgages. Even though conventional mortgages were the
preferred mortgages for an extended period of time, it was my job to also
have knowledge of FHA, VA and VHDA, as well as Neighborhood Advantage and
other specialized mortgages, including Reverse Mortgages. Most often, I
was closing in excess of $3,000,000 per quarter, along with performing
other banking business for the customer. Expertise lie in Consumer, Small
Business, Commercial, Construction, and International Lending as well .
Extensive knowledge of credit criteria/qualifications, analysis, fair
lending, adhering to regulatory, audit, compliance, policy and procedures
guidelines. Previous experience also includes investment strategies as an
Investment Representative. The finance world is my specialty and I
absolutely love to skillfully manage, review, monitor, educate,
communicate, advocate and rally for teamwork to promote quality sales
