SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER / PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Directed all IT and Telecommunication resource planning, budgeting, and operational activities of a $50 million
products and service organizations. Held all autonomous decision making for operations under Wyandotte
Networking/Telecommunications Purview. Managed eight project managers and 100 indirect professionals at 11
locations throughout the United States. Locations included Ft. Knox, Laughlin, Dover, Hill and GoodFellow Air Force
Bases, Ft. Belvoir, USDA, and Southwest Power Authority. Primary customers were Federal Government, Department
of Defense, Department of Interior, and Department of Energy.
Accomplishments and Duties:
Led Wyandotte Net Tel in winning an annual $4 million contract from Ft. Knox. Focus of this contract was Base
Telecommunications Systems.
USDA Project. Led the data center consolidation effort as well as worked w/PM on day to day activities.
Managed a series of upgrades and application enhancements including replacement of obsolete systems, hardware,
and software at four locations (USDA and Southwest Power Authority. Facilitated implementation of new LAN/
WAN technology. Completed projects on time, saving the customers $2 million.
Awarded bi-annual performance-based incentives for six consecutive years for customer satisfaction.
Awarded in 2009 a $10 million contract, maintaining the new Southwest Power Authority contract. Orchestrated
network operations from design to desktop as well as all software and hardware implementation. Reworked the
ORACLE database to save the customer $3 million. SDLC Methodology.
Awarded and maintained a $30 million contract from SPAWAR (Navy) contract. Contract included both goods
and services.
Won the Army’s Korean Ring Project by establishing relationships with Lucent and Alcatel.

Worked directly with the Lead Network Architecture while serving as Senior Project Manager for several major
commercial network implementations. Identified new clients and worked on solutions for customer network
integrations. Team was responsible for generating a customer savings of $30 million on this DuPont project.
Responsible for staffing, budgeting, procurement, and implementation of projects.
Accomplishments and Duties:
Managed the Network Team in a successful transformation of the SEARS MPLS backbone. Project was part of
the $2.2 billion Sears Network Transformation project. Responsible for multi-protocol layered switching and an
MPLS backbone budget of $120 million for software and hardware software and hardware equipment and
services.
Managed and built the Network Data/Operations Center for Sears in Chicago area. Responsible for real estate
location and entire gutting and reworking including rebuilding and design of the data center. Managed all
procurement functions for hardware, network, and telephony. Dealt extensively with major carriers for service
including AT&T and SBC. Center later became a main data center for several of CSC’s main customers globally.
Managed the Network Project for the Motorola Transformation Project and worked on server consolidation project
Served as Senior Project Management’s Consultant to the team on the Nortel and Bombardier projects.
Transformed the DuPont WAN from a variety of carriers to one primary carrier. Led team to a successful global
backbone with over 600 sites worldwide. Project included hardware and software implementation and successful
coordination with several major carriers and multiple Local Exchange Carriers. Project was delivered on time and
under budget, saving the customer $300 million.
OAO TECHNOGY SOLUTIONS, INC., Greenbelt, Maryland 1995 – 2000
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – IBM SOUTHEASTERN DELIVERY CENTER CONTRACT, 1998-2000
Responsibilities included staff management for IBM’s Southeastern Mega Center.
Accomplishments and Duties:
Staffed and managed up to 80 IT technical support professionals in providing technical expertise and assistance to
IBM’s Customer Service Operations.
Managed the troubleshooting efforts of all IBM’s mega centers.
