Selected Projects: (i) Develop business unit from inception to fully functioning operation supporting staff of 40.

Actions and Significant Results:

Initiate, research, plan and execute the procurement and contract management of third party vendors

including technology, marketing, and equipment; collaborate with over 80 investors to execute business

development initiatives nationwide.

Developed standardized project and operations documentation, and trained team members from cross-

functional departments to implement processes and ensure consistent utilization of project plans, actions

item list and business requirements.

Manage the accounting, cost analysis, billing and canalization of programs to determine value, expense

and worth of tactics for future levels of funding. Efforts resulted in reduced marketing cost per unit by

17%.

Conducted multi-department gap and task analyses and developed collaborative process including the

establishment of Quality Assurance procedures resulting in improved turnaround time by 5 days.
