Monitor plant hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, water, and air to gather,

record, and analyze data necessary to prepare annual hazardous waste, eDMR,

TRI, TIER2 SUBMIT, and SERC reports. Contribute data for waste

characterization used in waste bid analysis. Manage and schedule hazardous

wastes, universal waste, used oil program, used drum and tote program,

scrap steel recycling, computer and electronic waste recycling, and used

pallet programs. Handle waste shipment manifests and invoices. Manage

satellite collection areas and 90-day storage areas. Provide training to

hourly associates and management for site plans as required for SWPPP,

SPCC, and Emergency Response Plan. Manage Long Term Groundwater Management

updated clients' NPDES permits. Wrote successful proposals for a variety

Senior Environmental Project Manager, LTV Steel

Senior Project Manager for the design, permit acquisition, construction,

operation,

and closure of four Class II industrial landfills. Acted as technical

interface between the legal, operations, maintenance, and purchasing

departments. Performed waste characterization and provided regulatory

guidance when crews uncovered coke plant tar buried on site. Worked with

OEPA, ACoE, consultants, contractors, local officials and citizens' groups

to rezone 1000-acre site to allow landfill construction. Performed

successful wetland mitigation of same site. Determined appropriate levels

of compliance required by new construction, applied for permits-to-install

and permits-to-operate, and supervised construction of bag-houses and

scrubbers. Managed recordkeeping
