Change Analyst I - September 1996 - July 1998

Management of distributed change processes for U.S. data centers. Trained groups and

individuals in change process control. Ensured that changes took place in a controlled

environment and that changes were properly planned, tested and executed. Participated in daily

change coordination meetings across the U.S. technology centers. Collected statistical data on
