valves and steam boilers.

Knowledgeable of NFPA recommendations governing fire suppression systems

and the national electric code.

Plant and all distribution equipment for chilled water, steam and

compressed air systems. Project Engineer for modification and construction

projects. Contractor management to ensure that projects are safely

completed on time, within budget and according to design specifications.

Plant Engineering Maintenance Manager, 3M Corporation, May 1989 -July 1996

Management of up to 36 maintenance personnel, over three shifts, for all

aspects of the maintenance department and warehouse. Perform annual

maintenance forecasting for eleven different departments. Develop and

administer a complete preventive maintenance program to reduce unscheduled

equipment down time. Administer annual performance evaluations to

maintenance technicians and stockroom support personnel. Assist Human

Resources in development and hiring standards, promotion criteria, and

performance measurement of maintenance technicians.
