diabetes and asthma and patients on anticoagulant therapy by modifying
the role of the clinic nurses to case manage these patient

. Co-chaired the Clinic Best Practice Committee which standardized work
flows, policies, and clinic forms at the 28 clinics and 2 urgent care
sites.
. Incorporated open access scheduling to improve same-day appointment

Perinatal Transport program which supported hospitals in Southeastern
Wisconsin.
. Led the merger of staffs from two distinctly different birthing care
models [a low-risk acuity single room maternity care model and a high-
risk acuity Labor/Delivery/ Recovery (LDR) care model] which required
team building and significant skill development of all staff.
. Partnered with physicians, administration, and staff to design and manage
the construction of the Level 3 Birth Center and GYN WAC at the Sinai
Campus.

Led the development of unique programs to enhance the care provided to OB
