Freelance as an Operations Manager of local programs and Event/Travel Staff
of local programs as well as worldwide. I can successfully manage multiple

Working with a leading destination management provider, I was responsible
for the execution of programs including annual conferences, national sales
meetings and galas for incentive houses, corporations and associations,
with budgets totaling over $700K. Served as the primary contact for
clients, while handling all program logistics to ensure overall success.
Managed all contract negotiations and final pricing with all vendors for
utmost profit and program efficiency. Managed on a given program 40 staff
members and 32 suppliers. Composed and designed conference materials
including registration packets, forms, written collateral, signage and
online information services, to coordinate seamless conference tasks for
attendees and sponsors. Reconciled all invoices and necessary paperwork at
conclusion of program events. Built excellent rapport with clients and
continued to study, enhance and anticipate their needs, performed follow up
communication with clients to ensure continued and repeat business. My
