I am looking for a highly responsible position in the accounting, human

resources, or payroll fields. During my twenty plus years of experience, I

have worked in many areas of accounting. I have been in the manufacturing

industry for over twenty years and have been involved with accounts

payable, accounts receivable, collections, cost accounting, revenue

analysis, general ledger, financial reporting, payroll and human resources.

Payroll Analyst/Accounts Payable Analyst/Revenue Analyst

Worked with Human Resources in Payroll department from Nov 2008 to August

2009

. Prepare and submit bi-weekly and monthly payroll for 500+ employees in 14

different states. Used two different payroll processing companies.

Paterson's (east coast company) and Paychex. Internal timecard system

for bi-weekly payroll.

. Process new employee documentation; Update PeopleSoft software

. Pay commissions; set up garnishments and 401k loan deductions; reimburse

for FSA

. Collect and send expense reports to payroll processor for payment

. Provide audit reports each month to HR Director

Transferred to Finance department as AP Analyst from August 2009 to April

2011

. Use SAP to process 10 - 50 invoices daily; verify products have been

received and get approvals for services received

. Scan and organize soft copies of all invoices and emails relating to AP

. Do payment runs twice a week;

. Provide reports each week to Controller to determine cashflow

requirements

. Produce indicator reports end of month to show AP production

. Train temporary clerk with AP duties

. Assist Revenue manager with reconciling invoice registers from different

systems to ensure that all invoices, credit memos, debit memos, etc. have

been posted for the period.

. Do verifications and reconciliations throughout month to prepare for

month-end close. Prepare and post accrual journal entries; acquiring

approvals & documenting.
