National retail site selection and development for T Mobile USA. I created new strategies, assembled

and managed a broker network. I made presentations to shopping center owners and prepared and

presented site packages for executive review and approval. Negotiated LOI’s and leases, obtained

permits and coordinated construction. I solicited property owners in Denver, CO to source potential

sites on behalf of a national real estate developer resulting in the sale of 25 acres for a Transit

Oriented Development. Acquired commercial real estate properties for a partnership I created that

included site selection, due diligence, inspections/environmental, contract preparations, leasing and

managing the properties.

Director of Leasing, Pacific Northwest, Retail Opportunity Investment Corp., West Linn, OR.

Leased shopping centers for a New York based REIT. Managed and trained an existing junior leasing

representative, advised a property manager on rent concessions and renewals and set up vendor

contracts. Presented properties to potential tenants and brokerage firms. Negotiated LOI’s and

leases for local and national tenants. Developed new marketing strategies and implemented a

program to expedite units for lease ready condition. Signed numerous leases with local and national

tenants including an 11,000 SF lease with Dollar Tree that required relocating two existing tenants

and managing the construction project. Inaugurated deals with Chase, Bank of the West, GNC, WinCo

Foods and Fred Meyers amongst others.

department resulting in greater tenant retention. Increased occupancy rate to 97.5% in my portfolio

and 95.5% overall. Was the #1 retail leasing broker in metro Denver per the Denver Business

Journal.
