• Responsible for preparation and management of monthly, quarterly & year end close process,

variance explanations, forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly reviews & reports, annual

budget, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables.

• Manage multiple lines of business within division controllers group with an annual budget of over

$300M.

• Prepare and upload journal entries, accrual calculations and cost allocations between cost centers

and various lines of business.

• Manage station contracts, ensure proper & timely billing, track revenue & expenses, and create

monthly profitability reports.

• Research, analysis and support for various bid/contract proposals.

• Present divisional financial analysis to senior management during monthly close/quarter end and

annual budget meetings.

• Administer division purchase card program to include: card application approvals, expense audits,

training on card policies/usage, review purchases for proper coding and cost center allocation.

• Produce monthly divisional labor analysis (staffing/FTE/productivity).

• Assist both Internal and External Auditors. Provide divisional response reports and supporting

documentation. Monitor and maintain SOX compliance.

• Conduct monthly audits on internal controls, revenue/expense accounts, expense reports, and

physical assets. Conduct on site station finance audits.

• Over 10 years of materials management and inventory control experience.

• Track and provide tax department with sales tax information for both domestic and international

expenses.

• Responsible for managing departmental HR duties to include: recruiting, interviewing, hiring,

training and payroll
