Title Specialist - responsible for examining title reports of foreclosure properties in all 254
counties in Texas. This entails: * ensuring title is clear via examination as well as curative
work including obtaining payoffs, obtaining necessary documents, and research.
* Communication with clients (lenders) via lender-based websites as to problems in titles and
potential problems, statuses of each file as well as downloading and uploading documents into
each system as needed.
* Filing and monitoring title claims as needed with various Title Insurance Underwriters,
