Network Administrator / Lotus Notes Administrator: 2002-2011
Member of 2nd Tier team responsible for Lotus Notes: User support, version
migration from 5.0 to 6.5 to 8, database security access control, client
installation support, mailbox restores, and promote new DB design and
changes. Provide 24x7 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting support to deskside
and helpdesk teams, manage all peripheral device issues through Remedy
ticketing system including printers, network access issues and VPN
problems. Manage Active Directory accounts provisioning and de-
provisioning, SharedFolder security changes, Group Policy changes, create
users and computers.
. Provision accounts in AS400, RACF, Active Directory, Lotus Notes,
network SharedFolders, Windows servers, Blackberry, Unix, web
applications and CryptoCards.
. Lead technical team to build web-based application to audit all Active
Directory User accounts and SharedFolders to meet new company SOX
compliance standards.
. Create semi-annual Periodic Access Review audit reports for all SOX
targeted SharedFolder access and Active Directory User Accounts for
700+ cost center manager approval.
. Wrote PowerShell scripts for Active Directory to automate deletion of
user login scripts upon termination and remove computers off the
network after 180 days of inactivity.
Security Administrator: 2007 - 2010 (Special Project)
Lead SME for McAfee Endpoint Encryption server configuration, installation
and administration. Responsible for project managing the creating, testing
and piloting installation packages and creating BartPE images. Developed
documentation with flowcharts and trained our HelpDesk, Deskside Support
and LAN Admin teams to provide customer support.

Senior Operations Analyst
Computer Operations Supervisor, batch job processing, back-ups of client
data bases, tape library management, routing and shipping weekly reports to
worldwide destinations, decollating and bursting of clients' reports,
