Executive Administrative Assistant
Provided high-level administrative support to CEO, CFO, CPO, CSO,
President, VP, and CMO of HDVMS and AdShuffle to a company with more than
$10 million in annual revenue.
I started at true.com in the PPT (Pics, Profile, and Thumb) department.
Part of my job requirement was to comb the site for vulgar content,
including pictures and profiles. I reviewed these items in real time as
they were uploaded to the site. This helped keep members safe from
unsavory, unsolicited material. Part of my job requirement included taking
care of making flirt alerts. These alerts went out to members and non-
members alike to show what was available on the site. These brought in
revenue and memberships. This was an incredibly select process, which made
this a great experience for fine-tuning my attention to detail. During my
tenure, doing this very fulfilling job, I was promoted to a
concierge/executive administrative assistant. In this position, I ensured
the smooth flow of everyday business of the facility. While in my executive
administrative assistant position, I was appointed to PPT captain
(supervisor) and helped to make sure all of our 17 PPT employees were
