10/08 to Present . Direct the Human Resource function for two

restaurants, Brasserie Pavil, Watermark Grill and bakery

operations. Each restaurant seats 200 patrons, with a 130-

member staff.

. Credited with developing an effective employee training

platform for both restaurants.
