The objective of the project is to help business user make annual business

plan and then design standard reporting format for user to analyze the

data. Also, BPC should act as central database and help Client in a faster,

easier & auto-reconciliation/consolidation of data. My responsibilities

are:-

As functional consultant:

. Designed Business Requirement Template for analysis helped client

manager & project manager in completing Project Blueprint.

. Extensive meeting with business user in identify the problems &

propose the solutions.

. Trained 50 end user on application usage, generating reports &

entries in input schedule.

As technical consultant:

. Dimension & Application : Designed 12 dimensions and created 4

applications i.e. Profitability Planning, Capital Expenditure Planning

(CAPEX & OPEX), Sales Volume Application and Head Count Application .

Handled all activities related to dimension & application design i.e

adding, deleting, modifying properties, members, hierarchies,

security, member assess profile etc.

. Maintaining the exchange rates in the rate application.

. Data Manager: Extensively used Data Manager to load transaction

industrial water, energy and air applications. The company help its

customers to reduce energy, water and other natural resource consumption,

minimizing environmental releases while boosting the bottom line. The

company employees more than 11,000 technically trained experts and serve

nearly 70,000 customer located in over 150 countries.

The primary objective of the project was to meet the long term need for a

comprehensive, user-friendly, flexible, consolidation, reporting and

planning solution.

As functional consultant:

. Assisted Project Manager in designing Project Blueprint for Global

implementation.

. Interacted with Business User for understanding their requirement and

creating Functional specifications for Reporting Application.

. Trained end user on Reporting Application usage.

. Dimension & Application: Processes 19 dimensions for MgmtRptg

(Management Reporting), Legal, Ownership & Rate application. Created

Reporting Application. This application provided report on P&L

Statement and included information on Sales Volume, Cost of Goods Sold

(COGS), OPEX & other expenses.

. Data Manager: Created Process Chain to support master and transection

data loads from BW/BI to BPC. Used Transformation processes (Mapping,

Conversion and Validation) to move data into BPC.

. Report & Input Schedule: Organized data for approximately 50 reports

on Sales, COGS, OPEX, Admin. & other expenses and Corporate Power

Users.

. Developed reports using EVDRE, EVGTS, EVSND, EVCOM, EVDPS, etc.
