The objective of the project is to help business user make annual business
plan and then design standard reporting format for user to analyze the
data. Also, BPC should act as central database and help Client in a faster,
easier & auto-reconciliation/consolidation of data. My responsibilities

As functional consultant:
. Designed Business Requirement Template for analysis helped client
manager & project manager in completing Project Blueprint.
. Extensive meeting with business user in identify the problems &
propose the solutions.
. Trained 50 end user on application usage, generating reports &
entries in input schedule.
As technical consultant:
. Dimension & Application : Designed 12 dimensions and created 4
applications i.e. Profitability Planning, Capital Expenditure Planning
(CAPEX & OPEX), Sales Volume Application and Head Count Application .
Handled all activities related to dimension & application design i.e
adding, deleting, modifying properties, members, hierarchies,

The primary objective of the project was to meet the long term need for a
comprehensive, user-friendly, flexible, consolidation, reporting and
planning solution.
