Responsible for the development, entitlement and permit process for the South Lake Tahoe Embassy

Suites Hotel. The approval(s) among seven (7) multi-level governing agency participants is within the

environmentally sensitive Redevelopment Project. This process outreached a three-year period and

included environmental monitoring programs mandated by the California and Nevada State Attorney

General's offices. Provided Project Management Services for several Embassy Suites Hotels as related

to conference room expansions and maintenance and repair as well as maintaining Embassy Suites

operations standards.
