I founded an internet and retail business of previously owned cellular
phones and accessories. I recognized and fulfilled a need for consumers to
be able to buy and sell pre-owned cell phones at affordable pricing. In
addition the consumer did not have to commit to a long term contract with
a cellular carrier. I became a successful Amazon and Ebay retailer prior
to selling the business in June 2011. This business model was based on the
used car business substituting cell phones for automobiles.

Learned and became an expert salesman and negotiator of highline automobile
sales. Recipient of multiple sales awards for repeatedly being a top sales
producer. I was able to use my accounting background and training to assist
in negotiations and often earn the sale. During my time I sold over one
thousand vehicles in an eight year period producing revenue of between five
to seven million annually.

Supervised a staff of four thru all phases of the accounting cycle
(including payroll, sales commissions, fixed assets, receivables, payables
and revenue recognition). Assisted in the preparation of the annual
financial statements and prepared audit work papers, supplied appropriate
supporting schedules and computations, reconciliations and documentation
for the independent auditors to certify the annual reports.

continue on as the corporate controller for my previous employer which
generated significant revenues for the firm.

companies financial and database records. As a growing and successful
automotive re-marketer with annual sales exceeding twenty million dollars,
the company needed new reporting and recording methods, as well as
procedures to improve the information flow for users and customers. I was
liason to the outside software developer team to design and implement a
custom electronic solution for streamlining the companies mostly manual
system accounting and database records into a modern electronic reporting
system.
