Regional Human Resources Manager, Lemont, IL

In this newly created position, served as business partner to local divisional field leadership and field

support office personnel in leadership training, talent and performance management, employee relations and

recruitment and selection of staff. One of two HR Managers within 9 state division supporting over 70

full-time managers and nearly 1,000 retail tax locations. Mentor and trainer to new Human Resources

Managers. After Regional Human Resources Manager position was eliminated in 2010 as part of a

company reorganization, hand-picked to remain with company supporting local District Manager as a part-

time HR associate.

Successfully introduced and implemented field HR leadership role in Chicago region by developing a
