Over 14 years of international experience providing training analysis, eLearning development,
eLearning strategy, knowledge management and development services for both public and
private sector businesses. I have worked in various industries including; digital storage,
networking, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery and most recently
telecommunications and human resources.
I have directed strategic turn-key training related projects for the global market leader in fault
tolerance, high availability and disaster recovery. Successfully delivered ILT, Webinars and
Partner Train the Trainer projects in the US, United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany,
Spain, Italy, Croatia, Australia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Canada and Mexico.
I also designed and implemented a virtual lab in which students from around the global were
able to attend full immersion training and seminars while using live equipment at a remote site
from their laptop.
My goal is to achieve the highest standards in the application of workplace learning including;
instructional design, needs analysis, training program evaluation, competency mapping,
application of learning technology and leveraging current best practices within the learning
development field.
I specialize in understanding concept to completion the entire training development cycle
creating courseware for software, hardware, sales, partner and human resources. I can easily
