Engineer II; PTG (Parsons Transportation Group)

Performed engineering tasks for Parsons' Baltimore office Rail and

Transit systems Division projects. The Rail and Transit systems

Division consists of engineers and technicians dedicated to providing

specialized systems engineering to light and heavy rail transit,

commuter rail, and intelligent transportation system projects.

Developed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Also,

conducted field inspections.

. Created a spreadsheet to plot safe step and touch potential

boundary zones surrounding all substation sites using simulation

data from the LA EXPO project.

. Designed most substation site and ductbank layouts, ground

grids, and wire schedules for all projects.

. Developed DC loop resistance test procedure, mainline and yard,

for contractor as part of final acceptance phase on Salt Lake City

(SLC) project.

. Verified viability of cable pulling submittals with ETAP

simulation module on SLC projects.
