When I took over this facility, it was at 83%
occupancy. Within the firs 6 months I brought
occupancy up to 100% and maintained it for 3 months.
The occupancy then dropped to 96% and within 1 month
was back up to 100%. This facility was never below
93% during the time I managed it.
Maintained this facilities office and grounds.
Cleaned everyday buildings inside and out everyday as
needed.
