PROJECTS
I. Implementation of "Sirit INfinity 510" RFID Reader system: The objective
this experiment was to use Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to
analyze the effect on readability associated with different distances
between antenna and tag; which can be used in a conveyor system in a
typical warehouse. We used DOE (Design of Experiments) approach for the
project.
II. 2010-2011 CICMHE Material Handling Student Design Competition: The
objective of our design team was to develop a material handling system
for manufacturing and warehousing operations and also drafted a
facility layout in AutoCAD. Design problems are typically drawn from
the case files of designers and manufacturers of material handling
equipment and their end users.
III. Simple & Multiple Linear Regression: In this study project we used
Simple and Multiple Linear Regression techniques, SAS, ANOVA tables and
Time studies to determine the relationship between our response and
predictor variables at a Wal-Mart checkout counter.
