Introduction
My previous employment history shows that I have an extensive customer service and retail
industry background where my job was to represent their interests while ensuring customer
satisfaction in the process. I have learned new skills at every opportunity I have had, even the
positions I held for short periods of time.
I have worked in jobs with quota based goals, where deadlines are paramount, and under
extreme pressure. I have met and exceeded those goals, being rewarded with service bonuses or
even promotions in some instances. I have sold phones before twice and as such, I am very familiar
with the sales process with phones.
Objective In Regard To This Position
My goal is to obtain long-term employment by starting in an entry-level position with the
opportunity for advancement based on personal strengths and productivity for my employer.
Career Goal
My long-term goal is to work in Human Resources Management. After getting my degree, I
want to continue to work in Administration. I believe leadership is an important quality in a
business setting because without good leaders, there is confusion on priorities in the workplace. I
believe all successes of a business lie in the ability and knowledge of its associates to do their jobs
not only properly, but as efficiently as possible.
