Objective: Seeking a full-time position as a Maintenance Technician to put my

skills and experience to use.

Summary: With more than 10 years experience in maintenance and repair. More

specifically I have gained the knowledge of the tools of the trade such as:

Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power

tools, and reassemble equipment.

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to

run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition

of buildings does not deteriorate.

Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform

other maintenance actions, following checklists.

Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers,

hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and

electrical and electronic testing devices.

Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe

systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.

Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking

blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.

Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine

malfunctions.

Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.

Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.

Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists,

cranes, hand tools, and power tools.

Responsibilities:

Facility management and Technical support for Electronics

Manufacturing.

. Maintenance and repair HVAC, exhaust systems, clean room, roof repair, fire

alarm systems, fire sprinklers, fire extinguisher, fire evacuate plan, security alarm

systems, security lights, parking lot lights, landscaping lights and water

irrigations. Plumbing, restroom auto flush systems. Perform periodic inspection

and keep track all records on files.

. Maintenance and repair Electro/mechanical machines that most use in

Electronics Manufacturing:

. Reflow oven, wave solder, automate solder, baking oven, solder station,

electronics solder pot, electronics hot plate, digital temperature controller,

thermocouple wire, SSR relays, mechanical relays. Wash in line automate

machine, deionizer water systems, stencil cleaner, ultrasonic cleaner, chemical

cleaner. X-ray, auto inspection machine. Calibration AC/DC motor speed. Install

or removed electrical disconnector, circuit breaker. Run electrical wires, conduit,

bring power to new or relocated equipments. Experienced to work on AC/DC

power from low to high voltages. Install or removed ESD work bench mat, stock

room mat, floor ESD vinyl mat, digital ESD station tester and ESD grounding.

Perform internal ESD/ equipments calibration periodically and keep all records on

file for ISO audit. Always keeping the work environmental safely and healthy and

preformed Cal OSHA work regulations.
