PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

President and owner, Robert Allen Music Company, LLC. Services include

professional music performance, private training in vocal performance

techniques, music seminar and workshop classes, individual and band

assessments, management representation, development and booking of

vocalists, bands and variety entertainment acts as well as music evangelism.

Television Host and Associate Producer of a Kansas City variety talent show

TV Talent Hour, that aired on both PAX and Warner Brothers television networks.

Entertainment acts also showcased gospel music acts. Managed and created a

one-hour, weekly television broadcast. Qualified and recruited entertainment

acts and hosted weekly television broadcast. (2001 - 2002)

Home Care Attendant. Provided live-in primary care service for former football

star, Arthur Hemmingway, Jr. (Paraplegic) Provided security, and medical

assistance. (1989 - 1991)

Police Records Technician/Supervisor, Police Chaplain and Trauma

Intervention Counselor for Oceanside Police Department in Oceanside, CA.

Supervised the morning watch shift of employees in Records Division. Provided

Police Chaplain services for department and community. Duties included

general pastoral counseling, drug and substance abuse counseling, trauma

intervention counseling and death notifications. (1987 - 1991)

Continued ministerial service as Associate Minister with Rev. Carol A. Riggins

at Oceanside Gospel Lighthouse Church in Oceanside, CA. (1984 - 1987)

Founded Christian Fellowship Hour Ministry at Westbranch YMCA in

Oceanside, CA. (1980)

Converted to Christianity in January, 1975. Began ministerial studies under the

direction of Rev. Frankie N. and Ruby B. Wilcox, (UPC Organization), at the

Jesus Way Tabernacle in Oceanside, CA. Expanded and continued training with

Rev. William P. Cass at same church. Training and experience included

preaching, evangelism, intense bible training, prophecy training, pastoral

counseling, bus ministries, street ministries, prison ministries, church

management, choir and music direction, song evangelism, and Sunday school

teacher (children and adults). Also served as Church Recorder and Youth

Minister for five years. (1975 - 1984)

After completing an eight-year minister education program, was certified with

local license issued in 1982 by the Apostolic Assemblies of Jesus Christ.

Continued in pastoral clergy services and was issued a General License in 1984

from the International Ministerial Association and have continued to serve in all

forms of clergy service since that time.

Served Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home in funeral and counseling services.

(1992 - Present)

Recorded and produced personal gospel music albums and CD's of original

songs. Albums entitled: “Perfect Place For A Miracle”, released 1982, “If It

Wasn’t For The Lord”, released 1984, and “Heartfelt”, 1998.

Pacific Bell Company, As an employee in the customer service center, also

served as alternate supervisor and six (6) years as Union Steward and Chaplain

of CWA, Communications Workers of America. (1978 - 1983)

March 1984: Received “General Ministerial License” from the International

Ministerial Association, St. Louis, MO.

December 1982: Received “Local Ministerial License” from Apostolic Assemblies

of Jesus Christ, Oklahoma City, OK.
