21ST Theater Sustainment Command, Kaiserslautern, Germany

- Directly supervised a team of four engineers on a general staff. Responsible for coordinating construction projects and facilities with a total value of 2 billion dollars. Supported an organization with 10,000 Soldiers, with the primary logistics mission across Europe and North Africa. Served as a liaison with host nation and US governmental agencies.

• Managed a 2.3 million dollar facility renovation for the 18TH Military Police Headquarters in Sembach, Germany, which was the only major construction project during 2010 that was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, for the US Government in Europe.

- Managed a horizontal (earth moving) engineer company of 185 Soldiers, and 20 million dollars of equipment, was the steward of an addition 10 million dollars of equipment.

• Managed construction projects that included combat (forestry) roads, concrete helipads, demolitions, clearing and site preparation.

- Managed a facility works center with 400 employees and a 70 million dollar budget. Completed 2000 work orders monthly, managed utilities, roads and buildings which supported 5000 people, served as the contract officer representative COR for the facilities support contract.
