Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray 05/2009 – 01/2011
Served as the Attorney General’s Northeast Ohio liaison by managing relationships with elected officials,
community groups and constituents and by attending meetings, events and speaking engagements on his
behalf.
Coordinated with senior staff to develop, implement and evaluate annual strategic plans to promote the
OAG’s state and regional projects, programs and services.

America Votes America Votes Ohio 04/2006 – 05/2009
Convened and managed a board of more than 20 regional stakeholders that worked together to establish
short and long-term objectives, coordinate communication plans, and identify and coordinate potential areas
of cooperation.
Developed and coordinated a statewide network of more than 60 grassroots organizations that held
quarterly meetings to share best practices, conduct organizational development and expansion training, and
identify areas of cooperation.
Wrote speeches, created presentations and conducted workshops for groups ranging from 15 to 150 people.
Training increased political sophistication and provided basic understanding of messaging, communications
and media, fundraising and voter contact.
Managed operations of the Northeast Ohio America Votes office, including budget, employees and work-

evidence.
