2009 - 2010 WATTS BAR 2 TVA CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION PROJ. (Knoxville, TN) – Electrical Power Systems
(Nov) (Apr) Senior Electrical Engineer - Nuclear Power Watts Bar 2 TVA Construction Completion Project. Assigned to
DCN / EDCR Group working on System 43 Water Sampling System, developed DRA’s in AutoCAD 2008.
EDCR was successfully completed and signed off. My next assignment was with the “Penetration Group” to
achieve separation of Train ‘A’ from Train ‘B’ Unit 2 Reactor in Primary Containment associated cables currently
routed together through Penetrations 30-B, 37-A and 40 by either re-routing or re-designating the affected cables
bringing all 54 Penetrations up to NRC Standards. EDCR was successfully completed and signed off. Assisted
in several additional EDCR’s to meet deadlines. Responsible for traveling to site for constructability walk-
downs, providing Electrical Engineering & design for DCN & EDCR Packages to ensure timely delivery and
compliance to all Nuclear Regulations, as well as NEC & OSHA.
2008 – 2009 GENERAL ELECTRIC HITACHI NUCLEAR (Wilmington, NC) - Electrical Project Manager - Northern
(Dec) (Oct) States Power Company (Xcel Energy) $200Mil Extended Power Uprate (EPU) Project in Monticello, MN.
Assigned to replacing Generator Step-Up Transformer, Power Transformers, Switchgear, Load Centers, MCC,
Iso-Phase Bus, and designing & installation of new 13.8 kV System Upgrade. Investigated and generated a list
of all major manufacturers of 5kV & 15kV Cables suitable for IEEE 383 Flame Retardant properties.
Responsible for coordinating an extremely tight schedule with Xcel Energy Project Managers to fit project into
their 2011 scheduled outage. Responsible for traveling to site, as well as manufacturer’s plants, in providing
electrical equipment to ensure timely delivery and compliance to all Nuclear Regulations for quality, safety, and
performance, as well as meeting NEC & OSHA requirements.
2007- 2008 SAVANNAH RIVER NUCLEAR SITE - DEPT of ENERGY (DOE) (Aiken, SC) - Electrical Project Engineer
(Nov) (Nov) Tank 13 Waste Removal & Sealing Team - Assigned to engineering & design requirements for portable skid
with power and controls & instrumentation to remove nuclear waste & seal tank. Also assigned to DWPF
(Defense Waste Process Facility) doing complete Design Change Packages (DCP) on critical areas & equipment
improving safety & working conditions, including 50.59 Safety Evaluations. After constructing & designing a
DCP it was my responsibility to develop & manage required drawings in Micro Station “J2” 2005 & Smart
Plant for plant construction to implement; then given further responsibility to oversee construction of
completed DCP.
2006- 2007 MILLENNIUM ELECTRICAL (Jacksonville, FL) - Electrical Project Manager for various commercial and
(Jan) (Nov) residential infrastructure developments including: “River Town” (5,000 acre PUD), “Palencia” (1,700 acre
PUD).
Designed & Engineered Village Walk, an 80,000 sq. ft. “Live-Work” building inside Palencia. Supervised
construction and assisted drawing development in AutoCAD 2004 on above projects.

2003- 2005 ANHEUSER-BUSCH (Jacksonville, FL) - Electrical Project Engineer-A-B Plant Expansion & New Projects.
(Jan) (Nov) Responsibilities included “hands-on” project management of entire force of electrical / mechanical contractors
on
site, as well as designing / coordinating with all disciplines in corporate engineering to accomplish company
goals.
Demolished old Keg Line & installed a new $27M state-of-the art New Keg Line, re-worked Pasteurizers,
installed
new Scan System for warehouse, Supervised installation on New Gypsum System, as well as numerous other
small
projects throughout the plant.
2001- 2002 RS&H (Jacksonville, FL) - Electrical / Project Engineer – Hernando High School, UNF Science Engineering
(Apr) (Sept) Building, and Charlotte County Performing Arts Center. Designed, Engineered, and assisted in AutoCAD2000
drawing development of above three projects. Responsibilities included complete design of lighting, power &
distribution, systems (fire alarm, communications, & security); coordination with in-house disciplines and
outside consultants. Supervised & coordinated on-site construction on UNF Science & Engineering Building.
2000- 2001 WOLFBERG & ALVAREZ A&E (Miami, FL) - Electrical / Project Engineer - American Airlines Expansion
(Jan) (Mar) (1.7 Billion) - Miami International Airport. Engineered & re-designed complete Electrical System, coordinated
design with all other disciplines, supervised a complete new complex multiple underground 5 Duct Bank
System,
which included: 5Kv, 600v, 400 Hz, Instrument & Control, and DC System for Monorail.
1999 - 2000 LOCKHEED-MARTIN ASTRONAUTICS (Cape Canaveral, FL/AJT &Assoc.) - Electrical/Project Engineer -
(Apr) (Oct) EELV (Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle), Atlas V Rocket, Pad 41 Project – Engineered / Designed, all new
Support Structures & Buildings for project, including new power lines & distribution system, as well as
supervising the entire Electrical Project Team of 16 employees.

Systems from 120V to 13.2 kVA for new Paper Mill. Developed & maintained 5,000 item Motor List in MS Access. Assisted drawings in
AutoCAD (2002).
Boeing NASA (Cape Canaveral, FL) International Space Station - $50 Billion Project - Payload Ground Operations for Space Center
Shuttle Processing Facility/MEIT /MIS Project. I initially was assigned to team doing one-line diagrams for first Module of ISS. Due to
NEC violations, my next assignment was an Electrical re-design of certain targeted buildings. I was given the responsibility of designing
Electrical Systems for new Support Buildings & Facilities for future launches.
The Stellar Group (Jacksonville, FL) Refrigeration Warehouse & Facilities - Design Electrical/Refrigeration Systems, as well as
supervising construction of Million Sq. Ft. plus Meat Processing Warehouses in Florida & Oklahoma.
RS&H (Jacksonville, FL) Commercial/Institutional Dept. – Designed & Engineered Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Intercom, and CCTV
Systems, as well as supervising construction of 1.2 Million Sq. Ft. Winn-Dixie Supermarket Warehouse in Baldwin, Florida. &
Bellsouth Hi-Rise Bldg in downtown Jacksonville, Florida.
Facility Group (Smyrna, GA) Commercial Dept. – Designed & Engineered Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Intercom, and CCTV Systems,
as well as supervised construction of 500,00 Sq Ft Refrigeration Warehouse & “State-of-the-Art” Pickwick School for Marietta, GA.
General Motors (St. Louis, MO/French Gerleman) Robotic Production System in Truck Division – Designed & Supervised Assembly
Modifications for Off-line Construction of Parts when assembly line went down. Client was cited for numerous Electrical infractions;
thus insisted on strict adherence to contract documents and NEC/OSHA compliance.
Farley Nuclear Unit 1 (Dothan, AL 1988) NRC Electrical Safety Issues - Field survey & Design/Engineering/Corrections of various
Electrical infractions uncovered by NRC. Assisted in AutoCAD “as constructed drawings” in bringing plant to NRC/NEC compliance.
Celltech Biologies (Atlanta, GA/McClier Engineers) Monoclonal Antibody Production Facility (Located in Pease Industrial Center
Portsmouth, NH) - Assisted in re-design of Electrical & Controls for a Continuous Batch & Control Process for 3,000 Instruments & Controls.
This was a ground breaking new process for cancer research in a 750,000 Sq Ft 100,000 Clean Room Facility. Supervised construction as well as
maintaining as-built drawings for strict contract document, NEC, and OSHA compliance.

Dept. of Defense (Toole, UT [Salt Lake City]) - Nerve Gas Incineration Project ($2Billion) - EG&G / MorrisonKnudsen Constructors
Re-Designed Electrical Systems as required by field / engineering changes, performed walk-downs, & supervised construction for NEC
and contract document compliance. I was required to successfully pass some very high security requirements.
Dept. of Energy (Golden, CO / Rocky Flats) - Plutonium Triggers for Atomic Bomb Production - EG&G/Kaiser Constructors
Surveyed existing buildings for Electrical Upgrades in the decision as whether to bring them up to NEC Code, or demolition.
Designed Electrical Systems for New Buildings & Facilities as decided by above survey for this very high security complex.
Watts Bar Nuclear (Spring City, TN 1984) - Watts Bar 1 Nuclear Plant – Designed & Engineered various plant Electrical Project
Modifications using DCN/DCP Packages to satisfy NRC requirements for a safe Nuclear Plant.
Brown’s Ferry Nuclear (Athens, AL 1982) Nuclear Modifications – Created DCN Packages, performed walk-downs & inspections as
well as completing a complete re-design of Lighting in Reactor Area. I was also assigned to correct various Power & Distribution
infractions throughout plant to bring into compliance with NRC requirements.
General Electric (Jacksonville, FL 1978-82) Wire & Cable Representative for Florida – Responsible for sales of cable working
with end users, distributors, and engineering firms. (Top salesman in the USA out of 42 Sales Reps 3 times out of my 4 years there. I
also won several smaller trips and numerous awards, including one for 2 weeks to Hawaii, with all expenses paid). My success was in
my ability to obtain many engineers to specify GE cable, and to get them to hold to the spec.
Minproc Engineers. (Englewood, CO 1977) - Kori Kori Gold Mine - Designed & Engineered complete Power & Distribution System
for a new $100 Million Gold Mine Facility in LaPaz, Bolivia. I was assigned to layout a complete Cable Tray System and run it towards
the Main Switchgear Room before the decision was made on what Switchgear Manufacturers equipment was being purchased. After
the decision was made to purchase Siemens, I then was given the task of making it all fit. Astonishingly, it went it very well.
Coors Brewery (Golden, CO 1976) Robotics System for Aluminum Can Waste Recycling – Electrical Project Engineer - Designed
Storage
Tank Modifications, & various smaller projects, as well as supervised construction for NEC / contract document compliance.
Dept. of Energy / Westinghouse (Carlsbad, NM 1975) Underground Nuclear Waste Facility (WIPP) – Assigned to Survey & Field
Work for a Re-Design of Electrical Systems in several key Support Facilities as required by numerous FCR’s (Field Change Requests).
I was then chosen to be on the team to supervise construction of the re-design for NRC / NEC and contract document compliance.
IBM (Boca Raton, FL 1975) Boca Development Center Project – Designed & Engineered new Power & Distribution System for
demolished Computer Manufacturing Area (Moved to Research Triangle Park, NC), which was converted to a new 750,000 Sq. Ft.
Office Complex.
