Housing Coordinator + Concierge Services

As the Housing Coordinator, my responsibility is to accommodate all aspects

of a contract after the finalization of the contract is signed by client

assisted by the Director of Sales . Having constant communication with

clients brings an immense amount of responsibility in making sure that each

step in the contract is followed up on as well as any details that need to

be modified/clarified are done in a timely manner.

Great communication efforts implemented daily to satisfy clients needs.

Responsible for taking and or loading reservations from the Flash marketing

and promotional sales such as Living Social and Jetsetter.

Assist Corporate Transient Sales manager in loading corporate reservations

when needed.

Loading Rooming lists and providing pick up reports for clients as well as

to the Convention center through out the Blockhead database (Convention

Bureau relationship).

Clarifying payment for each business and making sure that credit card

authorization forms and detailed information for the client is communicated

properly to the front desk department and others through the AVIA Facility.

Constant communication to the housing coordinator to make sure we have all

Redx and synexsis program review of future group inventory and pick up

reporting delivered to the director of sales and client we are working with

Researching old Market History Reports to present to clients for exact

numbers pertaining to their own commission and rebates

IATA Number clarification with clients, and inputting where appropriate.

Creating a clarified summary of invoices delivered to our clients directly

and verifying current prices with the accounting department as well as

reviewing contractual agreement

Communication efforts with each department prior to clients arrival and

clarifying any issues that may arise during their stay here at the hotel.

Responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient communication

to all guests prior to arrival.

Listen, discover and develop a guest "event plan" that must be

individualized, coordinated and executed during their Avia stay. Over

communicate appropriately with the Hotel team, any and all expectations

that deliver on that guests plan and creates that Avia experience that

drives current/future revenue and references.

Coordinate across time zones, develop and manage local community Vendor
