Factor Design (LRFD) and Allowable Stress Design (ASD) per 2007-CBC. Preparation of
structural calculation for beams, columns, concrete decks, shear walls, rigid frames, retaining
walls, raised and slab foundations, shoring (soldier piles including tiebacks & pipe rakers), and
misc. structural elements along with preparation of CAD structural drawings for foundation plan,
framing plan, deck reinforcement plans, roofing plan, structural sections and complete structural
details for steel, concrete and light weight wood (Type V) structures.
