As your Recruiting Coordinator, I will facilitate and execute key functions related to staffing, recruitment, training, payroll, benefits,
and HR administration. Key duties include posting open positions, identifying new recruitment sources, conduct new hire orientation,
HR events, oversee benefits open enrollment, and provide exceptional customer service. Securing candidates within the target profiles
that insures the successful achievement of the company's growth.
SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: Conduct new employee orientations in both group and
individual settings. Assist with performance appraisal reviews, providing counsel to supervisors regarding disciplinary actions,
workplace conditions, maintaining detailed documentation, and facilitate as needed. Verify I-9 documentation that it is valid and current.
Assist in the decision-making, hiring process at the executive level for all human resource matters; lead/professional responsibilities over
lower level support and clerical personnel while working effectively and collaboratively within the team. Local and out of State travel to
other facilities to conduct HR meetings, orientations, and open enrollment. Negotiate and maintain annual contracts with recruiters and
online job boards, and explore new methods of recruiting top talent. Coordinate and facilitate celebration activities and communication
meetings, and present general HR information at department functions. Respond to inquiries concerning employee verifications of wages
and other employment related questions. Manage nationally-used Applicant Tracking System (ATS), (MyStaffingPro) software for online
recruitment, train new users of the system, facilitate requests/discussions between support staff, end users, create and distribute quarterly
recruiting charge-back reports across U.S.Explain/answer more complex aspects of company personnel programs, such as salary
(compensation), employment benefit-administration, recruitment and placement, employee development, employee relations and
services, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and labor relations. Actively participate in entire employment life cycle, including
screening candidates, background checks, utilizing behavior-based interview techniques, preparing offer/rejection letters, managing
relocation process, on-boarding new hires, as well as conducting exit interviews. Administer and/or scores aptitude, personality, and
interest tests. Maintain current working knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures as they related to federal, state and
local rules and regulations concerning employee compensation. Assist Human Resources Manager with the HR budget, AAP, gathering
needed information and documentation, scheduling meetings, sending all office/all company communications, monitoring meeting
calendar, and use of diplomacy, discretion and appropriate judgment when addressing callers. Perform other special projects as directed
by manager. 10% - 25% travel.
Recruitment Coordinator: My administrative role responsibilities included all of the following duties: scheduling interviews, extending
offers, generating offer letters, making welcome calls to all applicants prior to their scheduled start date, background variance resolution,
closing out classes, data entry and internal/external reporting. Also, worked with Staffing Consultants and third party vendors to ensure
that all applicants have been processed accurately, expediently, and treated with the utmost professionalism. Contact applicant within
SLA (usually same day or within 24 hours) of receiving Request for Interview (RFI) or Request for Offer (RFO). Schedule interviews
among multiple interviewers. Book resources for interviews. Provide travel arrangements as needed. Present applicant with a contingent
offer based on the information provided by Recruitment Team members.
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent organization, time management, and task-management skills to maneuver in a very fast paced and diverse
environment. Proactive in meeting the company's goals. Perform tasks with a sense of urgency and in a timely and accurate manner.
Internet savvy; Search & Research. Multi-tasker, Meet Deadlines & Organized. Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
Pay close attention to detail & adapt to changing surroundings. Tenacious but tactful follow-up skills, with customer focus. High level of
discretion related to sensitive and confidential information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal
skills. Demonstrated ability to influence others via strong relationships, conflict resolution, and analytical skills. Knowledge of
PeopleSoft; ADP/KRONOS payroll system. Interact effectively and support all levels of the organization (internally), as well as
establishing credibility, trust, and building partnerships with external vendors. Software Skills: Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, People Soft, Outlook, ACT/Oracle Databases, Visio, HRIS/Great Plains, SAP, My Staffing Pro, Lotus Notes 8, Kronos, etc.
Illustrative activities; leave of absence, time and attendance, recording changes on all employee status as necessary (e.g., change of
address, bereavement leaves, departmental transfers, vacations, rate increases, terminations).
