. Preparation of all financial reports, income statements, balance sheets,

reports to shareholders, tax returns and reports to government

. Manage cash flow and investment activities, including cash forecasting,

working capital management and covenant compliance (if any) while

working with financial institution.

. Analyze company operation to pinpoint opportunities for capital, land,

building and increases in the workforce as well as areas that need to

reorganize, downsize and/or be eliminated. Conduct meetings regularly

with department heads and owners to keep them informed and offer

direction.

. Oversee the timely and accurate compilation of quarterly/annual

reporting, capital and cash budgets and five-year operating plans,

including long rage financial modeling. Create and review reports to

analyze projections of sales and profit against actual results, budgeted

expenses against final totals, and suggested methods of improving the

planning process as appropriate.

. Supervised all annual audit and due diligence efforts for 4+ years with

superior results - minimal end of year adjusting journal entries.

Coordinate year-end close procedures, including the coordination of

audit work papers to be used by external auditors in preparation of

annual reports and necessary footnote disclosures; and management of the

relationship with the external auditors, and overall responsibility for

all tax reporting obligations.

. Implemented accounting software change over from MAS to BAAN ERP

resulting in 100% on-time reporting and transition links.

. Evaluate and recommend insurance coverage for protection against

property losses and potential liabilities at all levels with regular

review for better coverage at affordable rates.

. Supervise, coordinate and implement all facets to the HR department,

i.e., Company Handbook, Safety Manual, Policies and procedures, etc. to

reduce exposure and support consistency.

. Create and implement safety committee, policies and procedures to

reflect a 5 year '0 loss days due to injury' environment. This earned

awards and the reduction to the mod rate thereby reducing insurance

costs and proving the value of a safe work environment for the
